Are you currently working in an IT support role and looking to move up to the next level ?
Do you have extensive knowledge and a passion for all things IT ? We're talking about networking, firewalls and routing protocols. You will know your way around the Microsoft portfolio and Virtualisation Technologies as well as other software packages including Sage. Along with your knowledge of WAN & LAN networking, you'll be well placed to take up the challenge of a new role.
This great company will provide you with a company van and support you whilst you work towards and complete Microsoft Certifications for IT Professionals (MCSA).
In return, you will provide quotes to existing customers, work on projects for new and existing customers, provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line help desk support to customers and diagnose software and hardware faults via remote networking and client site visits.
