As a workshop Operative you will primarily assemble and test valves using machined components and also perform a range of other workshop activities in line with day to day business requirements. You role will include the following;

• Assemble and test valves from machined components
• Packing and despatch of completed orders.
• LPI/NDT testing of valves
• Checking of correct receipt certification for incoming goods
• Notifying suppliers/purchasing of shortages and delivery errors
• Stock inventory & control
• Loading and unloading of goods
• Picking stock for assembly

The right candidates will have attention to detail, a positive “can do” approach and have the ability to manage their time effectively.

Ideally, candidates with the following would be advantageous;

• Individuals with previous fitting and assembly preferred, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• Will have an interest in Mechanics & Engineering
