Bralin Recruitment are looking to recruit a Warehouse Administrator on behalf of our long standing reputable client based in Lutterworth.

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for liaising with warehouse and logistics personnel to support the daily operations of the business. You will be responsible for communicating with suppliers and delivering any associated paperwork with accuracy. What will you be doing?

  • To access and use an in-house Transport Management System
  • Utilise a variety of excel spreadsheets inputting accurate data
  • To assist and support in all areas of general administration within a warehouse, planning and customer service environment
  • Answering calls coming into the warehouse from suppliers, clients, customers and other depots
  • Printing and collating delivery paperwork
  • Checking reports to ensure clients are aware of any discrepancies
  • To marry up ‘Goods In’ paperwork on the system and file accordingly
  • Carry out Van De Briefs and update system, then file/archive
  • Assist General Manager and Warehouse Shift Managers
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety Policies for the warehouse
  • To provide information and support to the Call Centre and Customer Services team in a timely fashion when requested in order to answer client and/or customer queries or assist in peak periods
  • To assist with Stock enquiries and Audits when appropriate

The ideal candidate for the role requires:

  • Strong IT skills with the ability to Operate Word, Excel and Outlook
  • High level of organisation and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of data submitted
  • Ability to adapt to different processes and task
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Qualifications required for this role:

1. GCSE English and maths or equivalent

2. Preferred NVQ in Business Administration or similar

3. IT GCSE or equivalent
