Temp to Perm Customer Service Team Leader

We are currently looking to recruit a Full Time Customer Service Team Leader who is available to start as soon as possible based at our client’s depot in Wincham. The main focus of this role is to support and motivate our team of customer service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction through meeting agreed service levels.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to:

  1. Supporting and developing a team of customer service advisors to ensure performance and quality standards are met
  2. Handling more complex issues on behalf of the team
  1. Reviewing calls to ensure all procedures and quality standards are followed and adhered to
  2. Providing detailed reports on customer service figures when requested
  3. Providing constructive feedback to staff to ensure they are continually developing and aware of areas for improvement
  4. Coaching staff to achieve targets set by the management team
  5. Managing attendance, holidays and time off in accordance with HR policies
  6. Taking customer calls and answering client e-mails when volumes require
  7. Monitoring the teams workloads and delegating duties where necessary
  1. Adhere to all Health & Safety Policies for the depot
