Absolute are currently recruiting for experienced support workers to work in a supported living service in Sandbach. Our client encourages all their employees to promote and engage in supporting people to be involved in every part of their day to day lives so that they can be active members of the community.

The role of a support worker is to provide personalised support to all residents in accordance with care and support plans while promoting independence. The successful candidate must ensure they work to promote the company values, inspire one another, work as part of a team but also be able to work on their own initiative.

Key requirements:

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities or forensic background
• Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (Desirable)
• Full UK driving license, the residents have their own vehicle and enjoy going out for activities.

The position is full time but part time will be considered and may include sleep in shifts which are paid at £30 per sleep in.

The client is committed to ensuring their employees are sufficiently trained and once probationary period is completed all employees are required to complete relevant qualifications if this is not something you already hold.
