Absolute are currently recruiting for experienced support workers to work in a supported living service in Sandbach. The role of a support worker is to provide personalised support to all residents in accordance with care and support plans while promoting independence. The successful candidate must ensure they work to promote the company values, inspire one another, work as part of a team but also be able to work on their own initiative.
Key requirements:
The position is full time but part time will be considered and may include sleep in shifts which are paid at £30 per sleep in.
The client is committed to ensuring their employees are sufficiently trained and once probationary period is completed all employees are required to complete relevant qualifications if this is not something you already hold. There is opportunities for career progression if this something that you would be interested in. Our client also give the option for their employees to enrol in a cashback healthcare plan.
