Absolute Health and Care are recruiting Support Workers to join a team promoting independence and a positive approach to people living with Autism.
Working within a bespoke service adapted to meet the needs of a small number of service users based in Northwich you will form part of a team of professional support workers assisting with all aspects of daily life from meal preparation, shopping, cooking and cleaning activities to trips into the community and support to attend school.
This home prides itself on making every experience positive and is looking for applicants who can demonstrate a solid understanding of living with a diagnosis of Autism. Applicants must be willing to undertake a rolling rota of shifts which covers a 7 day period.
Days and Nights available
Days are (early) 7.45am – 15.00pm, (late) 14.45-2200pm or (long Days) 07.45am-22.00pm
Nights are 21.45pm -08.00am
Applicants do not need to have worked in care before as a paid role as personal experience and a solid understanding of how to ensure people within your care receive excellent levels of care are just as valuable. We are currently holding remote registrations and interviews, this is a temporary to permanent role where our client requires applicants to undertake 10 weeks agency work through Absolute Health and Care at the home to ensure they are a good fit for the service users and team in place before accepting the permanent role with them.
