We have a fantastic permanent opportunity to work for a well respected Middlewich company.
To manage all aspects of the BIP Group QESH management system development, integration and delivery in line with the requirements of the appropriate standards, legislation and Company policy, ensuring continuous improvement and legal compliance.
Provide Health, Safety, and Environmental expertise to the group.
To work closely and build excellent working relationships with all regulators of the Company including the reporting of data, facilitation of inspections and audits and the resolution of any issues identified.
To promote a positive EHS culture by developing the Group’s EHS strategies. Devise, deliver and manage the Company’s QESH risk management processes ensuring significant risks and opportunities are identified and appropriate actions are taken.
To agree and manage the internal audit schedule ensuring all Company auditors complete their audits regularly review completed internal audits and subsequent remedial actions to ensure any deficiencies are identified and appropriate action taken.
To produce, communicate and present reports (including the annual management review), on the operation and performance of the management systems to the senior management team / workforce, as appropriate. To monitor, track progress and report on the key objectives and targets set by the Company.
To produce and deliver training programmes to personnel at all levels of the Company on the QESH management systems / related subjects.
To complete any other tasks which may reasonable be requested.
