By helping service users to enhance their life skills, access proper housing as well as assist them in finding paid or voluntary employment in their local community, our Client’s aim is to improve the quality of life of those living with mental illness and help them live as independent lives as they want.
We’re looking for an experienced Service Manager to co-ordinate the day-to-day activities of the Shrewsbury service.
Being a confident communicator, you will liaise with other relevant internal and external agencies to ensure the effectiveness of the services our Client provides. Your commercial awareness will enable to you to assist with the future growth of the service, as you will understand not only the community-spirited approach to service provision, but also the company’s financial and expansion objectives in line with its defined business plan.

With a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar setting, and an NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) qualification in Health and Social Care, you will be a confident administrator and people manager, with an aptitude for planning and organisation.
