As Service Manager you will be responsible for running the whole of the Service Department, managing a team of around 15 including Field Service Engineers, Service Coordinators, Technical Lead and Engineers.
The department offers a 24/7 on call service, and the Service Manager will need to support engineers and oversee the changing demands of the departments due to breakdown issues.
The successful candidate will need a strong engineering background (HNC/HND in Engineering/Logistics/Service etc), alongside a number of years’ supervisory or management experience.
