A Brilliant job for an experienced HR administrator has arisen at a well-known business in the heart of Crewe. Working as a Senior HR Administrator, this job would suit someone who has significant experience of transactional HR processes who is looking to use their skills to improve processes and systems.
Working within a small but focused HR function, you will be responsible for working with high volume transactional HR issues. Responsibility for new starter onboarding, managing the employee journey via contract amendments and changes to status, overseeing the exit process, dealing with front end payroll processes and having input in recruitment for the business.
You will be confident speaking to various colleagues and stakeholders, from HRBP’s to advisors and will use your expertise to evaluate existing systems and identify areas where improvements could be made, both in terms of the efficiency and effectiveness of the process.
On occasion and as the role develops you may be required to assist with the TUPE of staff. The emphasis within this role is the experience gained from high-volume transactional processes, and experience of manual processing is essential.
