£25K plus quarterly bonus
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Are you an experienced, hands on, Senior Customer Service Advisor who is passionate about leading a team to achieve first time resolution, ensuring customers are receiving a world class service?

Essential Experience:

  • Managing a team of customer service advisors
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience within a corporate environment

Job Role:

  • Handing out daily work – ensuring service levels are achieved
  • Ensuring all emails and admin requests are handled in a professional and timely manner
  • Answering inbound customer service queries
  • Handling escalations to ensure customer resolution and satisfaction
  • Responding to queries through Web Chat and reviews on Trust Pilot
