Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will ensure customers receive a first-class customer service experience.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing sales order, credits and returns, filing documentation for compliance
  • Liaising with customers regarding production, logistics and supply functions
  • Supporting the area sales managers and sales function
  • Handling incoming calls, general enquires and managing the central inbox
  • Developing product knowledge
  • Receiving and processing sales orders, credits and returns
  • Processing import/export shipment transactions
  • Liaising with internal customers and stakeholders


Key skills and experience required:

  • Strong experience with telephone-based customer service/direct sales is essential (B2B)
  • Good PC skills – Microsoft Office
  • Experience or working in an ERP or SOP business system preferred
  • CRM and CDP experience would be a strong advantage
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Business Admin or Customer Service would be beneficial


Hours of work: 8.15am – 5.15pm, Monday – Thursday and 8.15am – 2.15pm, Friday

Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
