  • Facilitate order entry directly or indirectly ensuring the user experience is supported with a strong support service. Manage systems to ensure the eshop is reflecting accurate information.
  • Driving and supporting change to automated customer facing tools champion the customers experience and digital interactions through above facilitation and internal process enhancement. Transition support to salesforce in our digital ecosystem.


Main tasks & responsibilities


  • Transition support to salesforce in onboarding and training E-shop and E-com
  • Manage systems to ensure the e-shop is current with full information and content
  • Use Ticketing tools or communication platforms (eg Jira, Confluence) to communicate and manage systems with central project teams
  • Oversee back end functions within the E-shop around customer data and access to the system
  • Arrange sessions and appointments proactively to onboard customers to digital ecosystem
  • Process orders of selected customer groups to ensure the customers experience with order entry is facilitated.
  • Support change of customers from ordering via head office (calls, emails, instant messenges) to the automated e-shop system
  • Point of contact for customer user issues on e-shop to support in first instance and gather required information for the e-shop Manager
  • Champion the customers experience across departments and own the user experience until completion.
  • Support in monitoring, managing and testing of order entry for customer experience topics.
  • Support across Department



  • A customer focused attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience within a customer service or data administration/management
  • Excellent problem solving and good influencing skills
  • High level of organisation and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • SAP knowledge would be a desirable skill
