My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative or Sales Administrator to accurately process customer orders support to their Customer Service and Logistics department.

9 months temporary assignment or Fixed Term Contract

Working hours are Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm and the role is based in Trentham, Staffordshire.

Working closely with the Team Manger the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience within a customer service role for a global market.
  • Experience liaising with warehouse/ supply chain teams
  • Organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills inc verbal, non-verbal and written communication.
  • Knowledge of ERP and CRM Systems is important and SalesForce experience is beneficial.

The role involves:

  • First point of contact for UK and International customers dealing with price / stock queries, orders, product enquiries and complaints.
  • Enter orders on to ERP System and review customer requirements with operations. Ensure the orders are fulfilled in line with SLA’s.
  • Follow company processes for dealing with price changes, regulatory changes and complaints.
  • Maintain relationships with distributors and direct customers ensuring contracts and in-house systems are up to date and accurate.
  • Work with Quality departments re product complaints
  • Support the Global Sales Team where needed and attend monthly meetings.
  • Cover for the despatch team as required and any jobs as requested by the Manager.
