If you have answered yes to these questions, we are looking for a stand-out Registered Domiciliary Care Manager (CQC registered) for an exciting and challenging new project in the Crewe area.
Working alongside the Senior Management team, you will lead a start- up project including achievement of CQC registration, implementing relevant policies, procedures and establishing appropriate care network relationships.
Working closely with our current Healthcare recruiters / booking team you will be responsible for developing their knowledge in home care procedures and actively involved in resourcing our team of Carers.
You will be the ambassador of our team of Carers, instilling our values and ensuring these are not compromised. This will be achieved by conducting client care assessments, risk assessments and reviews in line with care plans.
Level 5 in leadership and Management
Proven experience operating as a Registered Domiciliary Manager in Cheshire, across both local authority and private clients.
Tenacity and drive to bring on and develop clients.
The strength not to be compromised on the agreed values of client service.
