My client is looking for a number of candidates to fill Recruitment Administrator roles in their Newcastle Under Lyme offices for their national business. The role will be temporary for for the medium to long term.
The role will involve:
Telephoning candidates who have applied for roles within the organisation.
Conducting detailed telephone interviews with the candidates following strict guidelines
Updating and maintaining the inhouse software
Booking interviews and logging the outcomes
CV searching for candidates as required by the business need.
The ideal candidate:
Qualified to GCSE level (C and above for English and Maths)
Confident and capable on the telephone.
Some experience in the recruitment sector
Pro-active, hard working and doesnt give up easily.
Great data entry skills and a keen eye for detail.
