We are working on behalf of our Northwich based client, this is a lovely family run business and they are looking for a new addition to their team.
The Receptionist / Administrator will have excellent communication skills and excellent organisational skills for planning out the day. The job will involve lots of working on your own initiative so must be a quick thinker.
Duties will include:
Answering all calls, taking messages
Dealing with all post and deliveries
Inputting invoices into the SAGE system
Checking delivery notes etc for any discrepancies
Issuing PO numbers
Dealing with customer queries
General Office support
The hours are 8.30-4.30 with a half hour lunch break
