Job Description

My client is recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their busy, professional team.  Key duties will include the following:

Reception duties

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Booking Appointments using the computerised system
  • Raising invoices
  • Liasisng with businesses
  • Answering incoming calls and transferring to the appropriate team member
  • Housekeeping
  • Recordkeeping
  • Dealing with all incoming mail
  • General administration duties as required

Key skills and experience required:

  • Previous reception work preferred
  • Previous administration work essential
  • Strong PC skills – Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – telephone and face to face
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Team player and able to work on own initiative

The successful candidate will be joining a small team so a flexible approach to work is essential.

Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00am plus occassional Saturday mornings and weekday evenings on a rota basis. the appropriate expereince and skills please email claire@meadowbankassociates.co.uk or call Claire or Nicky on 01270 629090.
