I’m recruiting for an exceptional Receptionist to join my client initially on a 6 month contract basis.

 

The successful candidate will have strong reception experience in a professional working environment and will be used to ensuring all areas of the reception, meeting rooms, kitchen etc are immaculate.  You will play a huge part in ensuring adherence to the Covid Secure Policy (eg: ensuring touch points are wiped regularly and are Covid safe for visitors and staff).

 

You must have a confident telephone manner, dealing with callers in a professional manner at all times.  In addition to reception duties you will also be required to carry out admin duties as required

 

Hour of work: four days per week, 9.00am – 5.00pm

 

You will ideally have some flexibility to do additional hours if required.
