Quality Assurance Specialist

As a key member of the quality team, the QA Specialist will be involved in the following duties:

• Maintaining the Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Co-ordinating and managing QMS projects including eQMS patch releases, upgrades, and other e-system applications
• Providing in-house training for eQMS systems
• Analysing and trending of QMS data
• Helping to maintain Risk Management Reports
• Assisting with QMS responsibilities
• Supporting the QA manager in other activities as requested.

Candidates must have:

• Excellent knowledge / experience of eQMS
• Qualification equivalent to a HND in a scientific discipline OR Any QA / QMS / Systems training in a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years’ experience in a Quality, QMS or Quality Manufacturing role (ideally within a regulated manufacturing environment like Pharma, electronics, food).
• The ability to deliver training.
• Great organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.

Own transport desired as the role may take you to either site within the Stoke on Trent area

Hours of work:  Monday – Friday, between 8am and 5pm (35 hours)

Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
