Job Description

Meadowbank Associates are pleased to be recruiting for a Programme Administrator on a 6 month contract. The role is available with an immediate start and it is essential that all candidates have a current DBS check.


The role:


  • To process Data and manage all Educational data submitted
  • Manage all registrations, certifications and apprenticeships
  • Provide one to one support for all Training advisers
  • Support the Programme Administration manager
  • Taking bookings and confirming these with clients
  • Filing documentation accurately and securely
  • Adhoc administration duties asked of them


The successful applicant will:


  • Have experience of working in an administration role (Educational desired)
  • Be highly organised with excellent time management
  • Possess high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good listening skills
  • Pro-active
  • Efficient


Due to the location of our client it is essential that all candidates can drive.


Working hours: Monday – Thursday: 9 – 5.00pm/ Friday: 9 – 4.30pm


This role is for a contracted 6 month period and it is essential that all applicants are available to attend interviews week beginning 9th April 2018.
