My client is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced  administrator with payroll experience and excellent organisational skills.

The role involves being the first point of contact for all basic HR and pay enquiries and escalating issues as necessary.

  • Providing accurate and timely advice to the business.
  • Collecting and maintaining data within the HR systems
  • Collating and processing payroll information (holidays, absence etc) to provide to the payroll provider.
  • Ensuring colleagues are paid on time.
  • Running regular reports.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills at all levels and be able to manage their workload.

You will also have excellent Excel skills and work accurately even under pressure of time.
