This is a short term contract role covering 3 months, with an immediate start available.

With a strong Payroll background, the successful candidate will be involved in the day to payroll duties, whilst assisting with the implementation of a new Payroll/T&A solution.

Candidates will need to be extremely confident and ready for the challenge ahead – it will be a busy few months.

Key duties will include:

  • Running payroll and producing monthly reports
  • Inputting new starts and finalising leavers
  • Maintaining employee records
  • Checking overtime received and collating weekly data
  • Inputting and checking all payroll hours and data
  • Dealing with payroll queries


Key skills and experience required:

  • Previous payroll experience is essential – CIPP qualification would be an advantage
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines – organised under pressure
  • Strong communication skills – professional and friendly
  • Used to working in a confidential manner
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong commercial awareness


Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm

Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays (pro rata)
