Job Description

This is a rare opportunity to join a lovely small office specialising in engineering and machines. We are looking for a part time administrator, preferably with customer service and sales administrator experience, to work from Monday to Friday 10:30am – 3:00pm with 30 minutes for lunch break.

Key parts of the role will include:
• Sales order processing
• Supplier order processing and monitoring
• Stock control
• Post and Packing
• Basic credit control
• Assisting with marketing projects and social media.
• Updating price lists

This is not an exhaustive list but you may have additional skills that you can bring to the role

Key skills required:
• Good customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent attention to detail
• Competent user of Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Sage Accounts 50 experience very useful but not essential
• Ability to work flexibly within a small team
Salary is dependent on experience.
