£17,000-£18,000 per annum

8.45am-5pm weekdays


I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client based in Nantwich for an office administrator to join a busy team.

Role Responsibilities-

Collect post from Post office sorting office on the way to work and returning post back to post office on the way home.

Answering telephone and transferring calls internally.

Dealing with clients face to face, taking payments, checking in accounts records.

Open and sort all incoming post.

Scan all remaining post to relevant client code.

Recording post on spreadsheet.

Health and Safety admin.

Typing and printing client letters, proposals etc.

General office admin to assist and cover PA when needed, including banking and filing.

Marketing letters and calls to new clients.

Making clients drinks and checking/clearing meeting rooms.
