As Learning and Development Administrator you will be responsible for coordinating and administering a range of activities and projects, whilst ensuring the development and maintenance of robust L&D systems and processes.


You will be the first point of contact for L&D queries and will be responsible for all related admin relating to:


  • Arranging hospitality, room layout for workshops/events
  • Carrying out research into training providers
  • Assisting with performance development scheme process
  • Developing and maintaining accurate and accessible records for all L&D activities
  • Liaising with line managers to ensure staff are booked on required events
  • Ensuring evaluation forms are completed and returned for each event
  • Advising on training policies and procedures
  • Managing the mandatory training calendar
  • Monitoring and evaluating activities
  • Assisting with reporting
  • Raising of requisition orders and tracking payments
  • Ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times


Candidate must have the following:


  • Good standard of education
  • Experience working in a fast paced, customer focused environment
  • Experience of providing support to meeting and events
  • L&D experience
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task, whilst working under pressure
  • Ability to demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated approach to work


Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm

Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
