My Crewe based client is looking for an ambitious candidate to start as a coached and supported Lead Generator with a move over time to an Account Manager role.

The company has been trading for 10 years and offers tailored business solutions that address company needs relating to Energy, Broadband, Mobile Phone, Hosted Telephony and CCTV contracts.

Salary of £24,000 with incredible yet achievable commision structure to lead you to earnings around the £30K mark.

The ideal candidate:

• Some experience working on the phone or face to face.
• An outgoing personality with a proactive approach and winning mentality.
• Ambitious yet reliable and with a strong work ethic.

The Role:

Generating leads to the business by calling companies to set up appointments with the New Business department.

Confidently dealing with key decision makers and directors.

Gathering data to add to the database in order to follow up at a later date (pipeline).

Handling objections and reassuring prospective customers that the products offered apply to their business.

Where possible promoting the company products and services and closing sales.
