Joining this fast growing company as IT Business Support Analyst you will be a key point of contact and coordinator of support issues and requests for the core systems applications for my client.
You will work with a challenging mix of off the shelf products, in house development application and third party products. You will assist in the management of bug tracking, testing and application release management and fixes into the CRM /ERP products. You will be part of the technical change management team and will be a key team member to assist and support users both in the UK and overseas.
