Job Description

Joining this fast growing company as IT Business Support Analyst you will be a key point of contact and coordinator of support issues and requests for the core systems applications for my client.

 

You will work with a challenging mix of off the shelf products, in house development application and third party products.  You will assist in the management of bug tracking, testing and application release management and fixes into the CRM /ERP products.  You will be part of the technical change management team and will be a key team member to assist and support users both in the UK and overseas.

 

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Support for the business CRM system
  • Ensure delivery of any activity to the highest standards
  • Ensure resolutions are achieved within company time frames
  • Take ownership of escalated issued where necessary
  • Track all incidents logged on the system
  • Ensure effective change management control methodologies are operated
  • Assist in maintaining internal client satisfaction within the IT team
  • Help coach other team members where necessary
  • Assist when third party applications are installed – on site or cloud based

 

Key skills and experience required:

  • Experience working in a similar support role is essential
  • Experience supporting CRM systems within an SME environment
  • SQL database management
  • SSRS reporting tools
  • Good communication skills
  • Problem solving ability
  • Ability to follow procedures helping develop new procedures when required

 

The following would be beneficial:

  • com knowledge
  • Supporting ERP systems (Epicor knowledge would be an advantage)
  • Microsoft PowerBI
  • Experience training external staff
  • Working knowledge of macros and development/programming language eg C#, VB and .net
  • Windows Operating Systems
  • Supply chain experience

 

Hours of work; Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm (occasional out of hours may be required)

Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays
