Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within my client’s small HR team as a temporary senior HR Advisor.

Working closely with the HR Manager your role will involve dealing with all HR administration duties.

Supporting the HR Manager you will provide a professional HR service to the team.

Key skills and experience required:

  • Candidates do not need to be CIPD qualified but MUST have 3 years minimum relevant business experience in a HR advisor role or similar.
  • Ability to handle volume case work, TUPE, dealing with dismissal / grievance / disciplinary procedures.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and deal with ambiguity in the workplace.
  • Excellent IT skills (including Microsoft Office)
  • Confident interpersonal skills – able to communicate at all levels
  • Strong organisation skills – able to prioritise effectively
  • Professional and approachable
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach – must be able to use own initiative.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
