Job Description

Temporary position- 1-2 Months.

We have an exciting temporary position with an immediate start date, for someone with HR Admin experience to hit the ground running in a fast-paced working environment in Crewe.

The perfect candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, good IT skills and an organised and personable manner. The candidate must also have GCSE English and Maths to a minimum of Grade C.

The role will be 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday, however there is some flexibility in terms of the daily working hours (between the hours of 8am and 6pm).

The main duties will be:

  • General administration across the HR department
  • Scanning of hard copy files
  • Updating HR trackers using Excel
  • Processing employee benefit requests
  • New starter and recruitment admin, such as completing reference requests
  • Assisting with GDPR Subject Access Requests as necessary

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applicants it is not possible to respond to each individual. A shortlist of potential Candidates, based on experience, will be contacted.

Job Type: Temporary

Salary: £9.00 /hour
