Bralin Recruitment have the pleasure of recruiting a Finance Assistant for one of our Northwich based clients who offer a premium two man delivery service for businesses looking for a second to none service and quality customer care throughout transactions.

Your role:

  • Sales Invoicing
  • Continuous checking of rate calculations within system
  • Liaising with Subcontractor in regards to finance/billing queries
  • Management of Collect & Recycle customer refunds
  • Emergency Card payments
  • Maintenance of Purchase Ordering system
  • Assisting in adhoc reporting
  • Purchasing Misc Supplies/Booking Guest Hotels
  • Dealing with a variety of sales queries
  • Price Matrix inputting and maintenance
  • Processing and checking Subcontractor self-billing invoices

Skills Required:

• Adequate communication skills with all levels of personnel within the business

• Willing to offer a hand to any adhoc requirements

• Zealous Team Player

• Strong academic background, especially in Maths/Business. **Ideally partial accounts qualification or business course/degree background **

• Confident in using Excel

The Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm (40hr week)
