An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join as a Territory Sales Manager (South) reporting into the Business Manager Field Sales. You will be joining a dynamic B2B focusing team on delivering solutions to users and continue to grow outstanding relationships with our customers to understand their needs and add value to their business…..the opportunities are endless
The key objectives and duties include:
- Offer a proactive and consultative approach to exploring needs and finding innovative solutions for customers.
- Responsible for identifying and progressing opportunities for growth within your customers and potential customers to achieve annual and quarterly sales targets.
- Nurture and grow customers through outstanding account management. Including product training, demonstrations and after sales support.
- Understand / analyse the industry sectors that are key to your area and how to question these customer’s to understand their needs.
- Deliver value to our customers, creating partnerships that help drive their business and yours!
- Act with a high degree of integrity while thinking in a broad and agile way.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal stakeholders to provide market leading solutions to our customers.
Ideally you will have the following:
- A dynamic, passionate hard -working sales person.
- Demonstrate a successful and stable track record in field sales.
- Capability and confidence to make personal visits, presentations and calls to both existing and new customers.
- The ability to prioritise and plan effectively to achieve results.
- Good communication skills/ability to engage and negotiate with Key Decision Makers
- Well planned and organized. Highly self-motivated and target driven.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Sales experience within Adhesives or a similar market
- Degree Educated
