Customer Service Administrator with Export Experience desired

Order-taking and customer service skills required to work in a small, friendly office for a well-respected and well-known local company.
Main duties include taking customer orders using Opera and logging data onto Excel.
Addressing customer queries in a friendly and efficient manner and arranging transport and paperwork for export.
