Reporting to the Distribution Coordinator, the Distribution Assistant will be responsible for supporting the goods in/out processes for my client’s high value goods, ensuring the high company standards are maintained.


Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Monitor shipping statuses using software applications.
  • Packaging and dispatch of goods within company service levels.
  • Managing goods in and out processes.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documents.
  • Liaise with cross departments to ensure a seamless service to our clients.
  • Work with transportation teams to ensure a smooth process in deliveries and pick ups.
  • Maintain and keep up to date with product range.
  • Process returned goods and feedback to client services on trends/challenges.
  • Cover the Distribution Coordinator role in their absence.
  • Administration/Data input on inventory software.

Hour of work: Monday – Friday, 8.45am – 5.45pm

Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
