Our client based on the outskirts of Crewe is currently recruiting for a highly energetic and organised Customer Support Supervisor based in their modern offices.
Working with the Support Manager your role will be to ensure the effective running fo the support department for my client.
Main duties include but anre not inclusive:
* Reviewing the Customer Service provided by your team and ensure the team are working together to achieve results
* Resolve issues when they arise
* Monitor the volume of inbound calls and case volume
* Suport the developement of the team by offering encouragement and guidance at all times
* Be motivational
* Have great attention to detail and be highly organised
* A can -do attitude
* Excellent IT skills - including Excel
* Have the ability to lead by example and engage with their team
* A sense of wanting their team to be the best!
In return you will be working for a driven comoany who pride themselves on developing their team and seeing them progress within the company structure.
Targets are in place but these are purely 'work targets' which are all calculated on work load. If these are met then extra financial rewards are given on a monthly basis.
