My Crewe-based client is looking for 2 Customer Service Representatives to join their growing organisation offering Business Telecommunication Solutions.

The office is close to Crewe Train Station (4-5 min walk) so commuting from out of the area is a viable option.

Working hours – Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and Friday 9am – 3pm No weekend work!

Starting salary of £22,000 increasing to £24,000 after successful completion of probation (approx. 6 months).

The Role:

  • Manning a busy customer service desk supporting existing client base.
  • Listening to the client’s queries/ problems and finding solutions
  • Dealing efficiently with stakeholders (internal and external) at all levels in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working with customers to ensure all their services are running as expected and identifying other areas where the company could help.
  • Build rapport whilst maintaining professional conversations.

 

The ideal candidate:

  • Great Customer Service skills though you do not need to have experience in this exact role.
  • Experience finding solutions for clients/ customer using your active listening skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailoring your emails and calls at the appropriate level for the recipient.
  • Strong IT skills including Excel, Email and able to pick up new software/CRMs easily.
