Job Description

Meadowbank Associates are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative for our Holmes Chapel based client who is a growing E-Commerce Business!

The Role:

  • Handling incoming queries from customers via phone or email.
  • Dealing with customers and their queries in a polite yet confident manner.
  • Logging queries on to the client’s in-house software ensuring attention to detail.
  • Working with the team to facilitate solutions and feeding back to the customer in a timely and accurate manner.

Skills and Characteristics required:

  • Great telephone manner and keyboard/ IT skills
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Excellent time keeping
  • Pro-active and hard working
