Working with the busy sales team, the Customer Service Specialist role takes the customer through order processing, to dispatch, dealing professionally with queries along the way.


Experience of working in a similar role is essential, preferably with technical products.


Key duties will include:

  • Timely and accurate generation of quotations, including follow up
  • Pre and post order communication
  • Timely and accurate handling of orders including acknowledgment, contract review and customer support
  • Maintenance of all databases to ensure customer records are up to date
  • Developing and maintaining a sound working knowledge of Company products and services
  • Proactively deal with customer comments and complaints
  • Generation of sales report etc


Candidates must have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Understanding of the need for excellent customer service
  • Good IT skills – Microsoft Office


Hours of work:37 hours/week Monday – Friday (flexi time)

Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
