My Daresbury (Warrington)- based client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to start a long-term temporary role as soon as possible.
The role is full time for a period of 6 – 12 months and will pay an annual salary between £19,000 and £21,000.
This role will be based from home BUT in the longer term may move back to the office, when restrictions are lifted. Additionally part of the training for the role will take part in the offices where the client has a Covid safe set-up. All candidates must be able to commute or drive to the site and this is not considered a remote role.
The Role involves
Dealing with incoming orders through telephone and email.
Inputting the orders accurately ensuring all prices and customer specifications are met.
Addressing any problems with the order are addressed and dealt with efficiently and communicated to all parties.
Ensuring all compliance documentation is completed and issued correctly.
Working closely with all parts of the supply chain to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Maintaining the company database to ensure all information us accurate and up to date.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years-experience in a customer service role.
They will also have:
Excellent Telephony, IT and Microsoft package skills.
Excellent communication skills across all platforms and with all stakeholders in the organisation.
Experience in administration including data management.
GCSE Maths and English C or Above.
The ability to work methodically, accurately and thrive under pressure.
