My Crewe-based client is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their growing business.

This is a permanent role, the working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm with a 1 hour unpaid break.

The role involves:

  • Providing 1st line support to consumers via email, telephone and social media in a polite and timely manner.
  • Escalate issues accordingly within the business ensuring a satisfactory and prompt resolution.
  • Ensuring all information and data is recorded correctly.
  • Supporting the administrative functions of the business including the website.
  • Communicating clearly and accurately to all levels of the business in order to share the current position of the business and also to help grow and develop the business.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years’ experience within a similar customer facing role
  • The ability to offer excellent customer service while considering the commercial goals of the company.
  • Advanced IT skills inc Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience of learning new IT systems
