We are looking for a highly motivated self-motivated individual to join a new Team within our customer services organisation. New advances in the way we manage our asset have allowed us to track our cylinders through our supply chain and monitor our customer’s holdings. This role will focus on the CCR process based in the CTN team but also offer support and education to our agents through on going work with agent support.
Duties would include, processing data in SAP and running reports to release credits for faulty cylinders and address any issues with delayed or lost cylinders in the supply chain. Talking to agents to ensure processing is carried out correctly. Communicating with our filling plants to ensure issues in SAP relating to the supply chain are fixed as soon as possible. Creating delivery and collection notes. Arranging timely collections of CCRs, Arranging product recalls for of spec product. Supporting the Agent support team by means of knowledge and resource. This may include phone cover, running reports for open ZLRS or Credits Blocks.
