Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their established and growing company that are consistently striving to deliver the quality of support that customers want and deserve.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be part of a team that is built around a family ethos that allows every employee to be themselves, whilst delivering best in class service.
You will be responsible for taking of calls from new and existing customers and support them with claims processing, account queries and managing supplier relationships, so the ability to manage multiple priorities in a varied customer service role is essential.
You will also be responsible for dealing and managing aspects of administration and as such a keen eye for detail is essential.
