We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join one of our highly successful and well-established clients based in Stoke-on-Trent on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will thrive by providing an excellent customer service experience through both verbal and written communication skills. To be considered for this role you must be computer literate.


  • Must be computer literate
  • Must have previous experience working in an office environment
  • Must have good English communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering the telephone and dealing with any queries in a professional manner
  • Email Correspondence
  • Redirecting telephone calls if necessary
  • Inputting orders
  • Processing and resolving claims for debit notes
  • Raising goods returns notes
  • Liaising with 3rd party transport and chasing the collection and return of goods
  • Use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Keeping the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system updated
  • Accurate data input
  • Responsible for any contract based enquiries


  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role


  • Monday-Thursday 8:30am-17:00pm, 8:30am-16:30pm on Friday


  • £18,000-£19,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
