Job Description CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR - WATFORD - £25,000 Working in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside, this is a rare opportunity to work for an internationally recognised and well known brand, in a unique location.

  • Customer Service experience needs to be evident on applicant's CV.
  • An element of credit control will be part of this role, so experience in this area would be advantageous.

  • Ability and drive to work on your own initiative.
You will be working in a small/quiet office alongside one other Customer Service Administrator, taking and managing all incoming orders and coordinating deliveries, this will suit a work conscious Candidate who takes pride in their daily work and puts Customers first. Orders will come from the general and retailers/stockists and you will be the main point of contact from start to finish  You will have a proactive attitude to up-selling and cross-selling to ensure the Customer receives the maximum benefits from your service and feels that their order or account is receiving full attention. As necessary, you will be required to speak with Customer's to progress/chase payment for outstanding payments. This really is an outstanding opportunity to join a great business.
