Job Description

We are delighted to Present you with an opportunity to work for a globally recognised company on a 6 month basis with a possibility that the job may become permanent.

THE ROLE

To manage the sales order process from receipt to delivery to the customer ensuring a positive customer experience.

Accurately managing day to day activities associated with CRM, customer account administration, processing of sales orders, progress chasing, customer liaison, working with internal suppliers and customers in line with service level agreements.

Ensure the delivery of world class ‘on time in full’ delivery in line with business targets.

Responsibilities

  • A good telephone manner & great people skills
  • Deal with customer queries efficiently in a professional manner ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered on every call.
  • Take full ownership of your internal and external customers by effectively managing their expectations - delivering what’s promised, keeping the customer informed and up to date throughout.
  • Acting at all times as a Brand Ambassador
  • Be confident in dealing with difficult customers/situations
  • Liaising with teams across the business to meet any customer needs
  • Actively seek feedback from customers through the use of Customer Satisfaction Surveys in line with KPIs.
  • Achieve your KPI’s in line with the objectives set.
  • Take full ownership of customer complaints.
  • Ensure administration duties are completed accurately and within timescale
  • Have great time management skills and be able to work independently
  • Be comfortable learning new IT systems
  • Liaise/support Sales Managers with all queries
  • Have a proactive and positive attitude!

Responsibilities

  • Excellent telephone manner (essential).
  • Experience in a customer service environment (essential).
  • You must be diplomatic, have excellent listening skills and good communication skills.
  • Good numerical skills.
  • Must be PC literate with good keyboarding skills and knowledge of MS Office namely Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent time management skills ensuring a high level of productivity.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Effective team player
  • A positive 'can do’ attitude displaying behaviours in line with our company core values.

The hours are 8.30am till 5.00pm monday to Thursday and then 8.30am till 2.30pm on a Friday
