My client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller and Accounts Administrator to join their growing business based in Crewe.

The role includes:

  • Chasing outstanding payment via telephone adhering to legislative process.
  • Investigating queries.
  • Liaising with clients ensuring monies are paid within payment terms.
  • Raising orders, adding purchase orders to SAGE
  • Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and reconciliation with bank statements.

Key skills and experience required:

  • Previous, proven credit control experience essential
  • Strong PC skills – Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Experience with SAGE
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – telephone and face to face
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Self-starter

The successful candidate will be working as part a small team so a flexible approach to work is essential.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday – Office hours
