My client is recruiting for a strong administrator with excellent customer service skills to join their Quality and Compliance Team.
Your working week will be split between the office and shop floor, investigating issues with products/suppliers and coordinating responses.
You will also be involved in the internal audit process, ensuring procedures are being followed at all times. You’ll be liaising with internal teams on a daily basis – customer service, logistics, laboratory, shop floor etc.
You will also need to have confident PC skills (especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) as you’ll be preparing and presenting weekly reports/presentations, as well as ensuring documents are maintained accurately.
Hours of work: 6 hrs per day, Monday – Friday
Holidays: 33 days including bank and statutory holidays, pro rata
Own transport required to travel between sites.
