This role is initially to cover a 12 month period of maternity leave and offers immediate interview and start.


Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Contract Coordinator will support the Contract team, to ensure projects run efficiently and within budget.


Key duties include:

  • Ensuring clear customer communication throughout each project
  • Producing detailed quotations, professional proposals and CAD images
  • Producing a scheduled programmed of works for supply of product
  • Preparing documents for each stage of the contract – job packs, final surveyors etc
  • Liaising with suppliers and purchasing non-stocked products
  • Closely monitoring and minimising any exposure to the company from bad debt
  • Attending and presenting at monthly contract meetings
  • Providing feedback to the NPD team
  • Developing collaborative relationships with all departments


Key skills and experience required:

  • Strong attention to detail/accuracy
  • Good time management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to develop effective and supportive relationships with internal and external colleagues


Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm

Holidays: 23 days + bank holidays


Some remote working can be considered (3 days office/2 remote)
