My client is looking for a number of candidates to fill Compliance Administrator roles in their Newcastle Under Lyme offices for their national business. The role will be processed as a temporary assignment but is on-going with the possibility of roles turning permanent for the right candidates.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm no evenings or weekends.
Pay rate: £11.00/hour
The role will involve:
Telephoning and emailing external company’s to chase information needed to support candidates applications and to ensure documentation is being completed.
Chasing candidates to gather information and documents to progress their application.
Updating and maintaining the inhouse software accurately.
Gathering dates and detailed work / address information to submit with DBS applications
Offer admin support to the team and business where needed.
Training and mentoring new starters.
Working independently, managing your time well and thriving in a busy environment.
The ideal candidate:
Tenacious – Be determined, influential and have an assertive but friendly telephone manner.
Have an eye for detail and consistently work in an accurate manner.
Qualified to GCSE level (C and above for English and Maths)
Confident and capable on the telephone.
Possibly have some experience in the recruitment / resourcing sector – not essential.
Pro-active, hard working and doesn’t give up easily.
Great data entry skills and a keen eye for detail.
