Due to increased workloads, my client is recruiting for a Client Services Agent who understand customer excellence to join their team. Reporting directly to the Client Services Manager, the key duties/responsibilities are:
Key skills and experience required:
Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 8.45am – 5.45pm (one shift per fortnight 10.00am – 7.00pm)
Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
Quarterly bonus
Profit related pay after 12 months service
