Due to increased workloads, my client is recruiting for a Client Services Agent who understand customer excellence to join their team. Reporting directly to the Client Services Manager, the key duties/responsibilities are:


  • Direct all client calls to the correct account manager
  • Respond to all written client communications
  • Ensure all client correspondence is recorded in line with business practice
  • Ensure all complaints are handed to the account managers, escalated where appropriate and recorded
  • Support the sales team to ensure each sales opportunity is maximised
  • Assign client leads to the account managers to maximise sales opportunities
  • Actively work on public platforms – Trustpilot, live Web Chat etc
  • Ensure GDPR regulations are complied with
  • Incorporate and research existing and future product ranges


Key skills and experience required:

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Able to prioritise work load – strong time management skills
  • Calm when under pressure and able to work to set deadlines
  • Self motivated and proactive
  • Excellent IT skills


Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 8.45am – 5.45pm (one shift per fortnight 10.00am – 7.00pm)

Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays

Quarterly bonus

Profit related pay after 12 months service
