Absolute Health and Care are recruiting for a Care Coordinator for our Client in the Winsford area. This is a permanent role working 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm Monday - Friday however you will be required to assist with on call duties which may include attending unallocated shifts.
The role will be assisting the Managing Director and Registered Care Manager in all aspects of running a busy care branch providing healthcare and support workers into domestic and residential care settings throughout Winsford and surrounding areas.
This is a busy role and would suit a confident communicator who has the ability to multi task and make judgement call decisions about all aspects of healthcare. The candidate will ideally be from a healthcare and recruitment background but applicants are welcomed who can demonstrate a strong work history in similar working roles.
This is an exciting opportunity as the company is currently undergoing a period of growth and development. Working closely with the Registered manager and managing director to develop the branch network in designated markets.
You will be required to manage daily operation within the branch network to include ensuring all recruitment is carried out in accordance with CQC requirements. Promoting equal opportunities, and assisting with grievance and disciplinary procedures for branch staff and members.
Ensure effective placement of care staff in line with client and service user needs. Ensuring staff records are accurately maintained and input in line with CQC and company standards.
Applicants will need to be computer literate in Microsoft word, be a good team leader with the ability to motivate and inspire others, a self starter who is able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple teams effectively.
